Earnings and Career Progression

- On-the-Road Training (Weeks 1–6): A steady flat rate of $650 per week while learning alongside your mentor.
- Months 1 to 3 (Solo): Earn $0.56 per mile with a secure safety net of at least $1,000 weekly guaranteed.
- Beyond 3 Months: Your rate increases to a scale of $0.56–$0.64 per mile (bringing home an average of $1,200 to $1,700 each week).
Program Details
For the initial 4 to 6 weeks, you will share the cab with a seasoned driver on regional freight runs. Your mentor will guide you through daily operations and sign off on your transition to solo driving as soon as you demonstrate total readiness.
Core competencies you will develop:
- Practical operation of Class A tractor-trailers in real-world traffic.
- Mastering ELD software and keeping up with Hours-of-Service (HOS) rules.
- Conducting thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIRs).
- Navigating company protocols and communicating effectively with dispatch.

Qualifications Needed
