Your Pay, Broken Down

• Average Weekly Gross: $1,200 to $1,400
• Starting CPM: $0.55
• Experience Increase: +$0.01 per mile for every additional 12 months, max $0.65
• Weekly Miles: About 2,500
• Stop Pay: $15
• Monthly Performance Bonus: Yes
• Solo Guarantee: $1,000 per week for your first 3 months after first solo dispatch

Training Numbers

• Training Pay: $850 per week
• Training Length: 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced trainer
• After Training: Immediate switch to full solo pay

Schedule

• Home every 2 weeks, weekend options on some routes
• East Coast freight, stays east of the Mississippi
• Dry van: drop and hook, live load, live unload

Qualifying Criteria

• You must be at least 21 and carry a Class A CDL
• If you are new, bring proof of 120 or more hours from an accredited program
• If you have experience, 6 OTR months in the past year or 12 OTR months within 5 years counts
• Record limits: 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5
• DUI/DWI free for the last 5 to 10 years
• DOT physical and hair and urine drug tests required
• Residence within 200 miles of Syracuse, NY
