Pay & Bonuses

• $0.52–$0.56 CPM (based on experience) 

• Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after the second hour

• Performance Bonus: Earn up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity, 

• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 21 years old

• Minimum 3 months of solo tractor-trailer experience
