CDL A Flatbed Driver Recent Grads Welcome

Must be 21 or older with valid CDL A license CDL school grads accepted with 120 hour certification

We’re hiring flatbed drivers for long-haul OTR routes across the country. Great pay, consistent miles, and training support available.

What You Get:

• Weekly Pay: $1300-$1500 based on experience

• CPM: $0.48 to $0.61 for experienced drivers

• Training Pay: $650 per week for 4–6 weeks

• Securement Bonus: $140 per training day

• Tarp Pay: $65 per load

• Benefits: Medical, dental, PTO, and 401k (starts after 30 days)

• Miles: Guaranteed 2500+ weekly

Home Time:

• Reset: 34 hours off every 2 to 3 weeks

Routes Include:

• Laredo TX → Gaffney SC

• SC → Indiana

• Indiana → TX → Oregon → Southern California → East Coast

Minimum Requirements:

• CDL A license

• Age 21+

• 120+ hour accredited CDL school

• No major accidents or DUIs in last 5 years

• Must pass DOT urine and hair drug screen
