We’re looking for both experienced drivers and recent graduates from accredited driving schools to join our team. Start your journey with us by pairing with a trainer for OTR routes using 53' Dry Van Trailers. After training, you’ll transition to running the Eastern Seaboard Regional routes.

Experienced Truck Drivers - Eastern Seaboard Regional Route

Freight Type: 100% No Touch Dry Van
Home Time: Bi-weekly

Pay:

  • $0.55 - $0.65 per mile (based on experience)
  • Weekly earnings: $1,200 - $1,400
  • $15 per stop
  • Average miles: ~2,500 miles per week

Orientation Pay: $300 upon completion

Trainee (Recent Graduate) Truck Drivers - Eastern Seaboard Regional Route

Training Program:

  • 4-6 weeks of paid OTR training with an experienced trainer
  • Route after training: Eastern Seaboard Regional
  • Transition Pay: Start earning $0.55 per mile after training

Requirements for Trainees:

  • Graduation from an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours)
  • Must have held a driver’s license for at least 12 months

General Requirements for All Applicants:

  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
  • Clean driving record (no at-fault accidents, major tickets, or suspensions in the past 3 years)
  • No DUIs in the last 5 years or more than 2 lifetime DUIs (if prior to CDL-A)
  • No prior terminations from previous employment
  • Must pass urine and hair pre-employment drug screens
  • Criminal records will be reviewed by the safety team
  • Employment history: No large gaps (maximum of 6 months in the past year and 1 year in the past 3 years)
