CDL-A Entry Level Driver - Paid Mentor Program - $1,200 to $1,800/Week

St. Bernard Parish drivers, here's a first trucking job that doesn't ask for experience you don't have yet. Paid training, a weekly guarantee once you're solo, and home time every two weeks.

Training

• $650 a week for 4 to 6 weeks with a mentor
• Orientation 2 days or less, $300 orientation pay
• Lodging covered during orientation

Your Pay Once Solo

• $1,000 weekly guarantee for the first 3 months
• Average weekly pay $1,200 to $1,800
• Up to 2,900 miles a week when you want them
• $15 stop pay

The Freight

• Dry van, drop and hook mixed with live loads
• Runs east of Denver, skips the Northeast

Home Time

• Every two weeks

Real Talk

• Some loads go north in winter, you'll learn snow and ice with a mentor first

Requirements

• 21+, valid Class A CDL, 120 hours of CDL school minimum
• No experience needed. Experienced: 6 months OTR in 12 months or 12 months in 5 years
• DD214 considered
• Max 2 moving violations in 2 years, nothing serious in 12 months
• No major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
• Pass hair and urine drug test, 3 years verifiable work history
