Coming out of the Marines or just finished CDL school? Either way, this East Coast dry van fleet will put you with a mentor, pay you $850 a week while you learn, and get you home every two weeks.

Built for Starters

• No experience needed
• Military experience counts with a DD214
• 4 to 6 weeks of paid training on real freight

The Money

• $850 a week in training
• $1,000 a week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo
• $0.55 per mile to start, a cent more each year
• Average weekly pay $1,200 to $1,700
• $15 stop pay

The Routes

• Eastern planning zones, rarely west of the Mississippi
• 1,900 to 2,300 miles a week
• Home every two weeks

Requirements

• 21+, valid Class A CDL, at least 120 hours CDL school
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in 12 months or 12 months in 5 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, nothing serious in 12 months
• No major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
• Hair and urine drug test, 3 years verifiable work history
