What You're Running
- 100% no-touch dry van, heavy drop-and-hook mix
- 11 Western States only, no big-city traffic to fight
- Assigned late-model tractor, same truck every trip
- Steady dispatch keeping wheels turning, not sitting
Money and Time Off
- Weekly Gross: $1,300 to $1,500 average, paid every week by direct deposit
- Miles: 2,000 to 2,400 weekly
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks for a real weekend, stay out longer if you want the extra miles
- Extra: Safety and performance bonuses on top of base
Just Getting Your CDL-A?
- Paid training, 3 to 5 weeks with an experienced mentor riding along
- Focus on mountain grades, real trip planning, not textbook driving
- Move to your own solo truck once you pass evaluation

To Qualify
- Valid Class A CDL
- 6 months tractor-trailer experience, or a fresh CDL-A from an accredited 120+ hour program
- Clean driving history: 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 2 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
- Must clear DOT physical and drug screening
