Running dedicated regional dry van lanes across Illinois, Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, and Kentucky — everything within 400 miles of home.

WHAT THE ROAD LOOKS LIKE
No sitting around shippers or receivers — trailers come preloaded, and it's drop & hook. Drivers stay busy with 2,200+ miles a week. Home time runs on a 34-hour reset, flexible enough to usually land on weekends.

WHAT'S IN YOUR PAYCHECK

  • $0.56–$0.64 CPM based on experience
  • $1,400–$1,500 average weekly pay
  • Detention, layover, and breakdown pay covered
  • Extra pay kicks in for short hauls and additional stops

WHAT YOU'RE DRIVING
Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth T680 — automatic or manual, none older than 2 years. Fridge, power inverter, and APU already installed.

NEW TO THE ROAD?
CDL grads are welcome here. Under 6 months of experience means 4–6 weeks training alongside an instructor — and you're paid $900/week while you learn.

TO QUALIFY

  • At least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
  • 6+ months tractor-trailer experience, or a recent CDL-A grad
  • Clean MVR & PSP
  • No DUI, DWI, or SAP status
  • No felonies or misdemeanors in the past 10 years
