CDL-A Regional Flatbed Driver - $1,500-$2,000 Weekly - Home Weekends

This position is built for the professional flatbedder who excels in load securement and prefers the high-earning potential of a percentage-pay contract. Weekly Compensation Structure

• Revenue Percentage: Earn 27% of the linehaul on every load.
• Weekly Gross Estimate: Average earnings range from $1,500 to $2,000.
• Non-Taxable Per Diem: $300 weekly allowance to increase your take-home pay.
• Accessorial Compensation: $40 per tarp, $16/hour for detention (after 2 hours), and $50 for layovers.

Work-Life & Fleet Details

• Home Time: Regional scheduling with guaranteed weekends at home.
• Equipment: Premium late-model automatic tractors (Kenworth T680 & Freightliner Cascadia).
• Average Mileage: 2,300 – 2,800 miles weekly across predictable regional lanes.
• Load Profile: Specialized steel freight; tarping is necessary for approximately 40–50% of assignments.

Minimum Qualifications

• Flatbed Expertise: 12 months of verifiable flatbed experience within the past 5 years.
• Product Knowledge: Direct experience hauling and securing flat steel or steel pipe.
• Hardware Proficiency: Mastery of chains, binders, straps, and tarps for freight safety.
• Safety & Compliance: Minimum age of 22. No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years. No Clearinghouse violations.
• Pre-Employment: Must pass a standard urine drug screening.
