CDL-A Driver - Entry Level - Paid Training - Western Regional Fleet

You finished CDL school, you passed the test, and now every company wants experience you don't have yet. This fleet trains you on the road, pays you from week one, and gets you home every 2 weeks.

• Paid While You Learn: $800 a week during over-the-road training with an experienced trainer
• A Safety Net After Training: $1,000 a week guaranteed for your first 3 months of solo driving

Pay Once You Run Solo

• $1,200 to $1,400 average weekly gross
• Starting at $0.51 per mile, with $15 stop pay
• Monthly performance bonus on top of mileage pay

The Work

• Temperature-controlled freight across CA, NV, OR, WA, ID and UT
• Day and night dispatches, some weekends and holidays
• Home every 2 weeks
• Riders and pets welcome after training

Requirements

• At least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
• New drivers: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing
