Trainee CDL-A Truck Driver - Paid Mentor Program - $1,200 to $1,800 Weekly

Got your CDL but no experience on paper? That's exactly who this program is for. You ride with a mentor, get paid every week, and once you're solo the miles run anywhere east of Denver except the Northeast.

Pay and Scheduling Breakdown

• Training Pay: $650 a week for 4 to 6 weeks
• Guarantee: $1,000 a week your first 3 months solo
• Average Weekly Gross: $1,200 to $1,800
• Miles: 1,800 to 2,900 a week
• Extras: $15 stop pay, $75 plus miles on short hauls

Freight and Home Time

• Mix of customers and freight types
• Home every 2 weeks
• Volunteer holiday work
• Some cold weather driving up north in winter

Requirements

• At least 21 with a valid Class A CDL
• 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school, no experience needed
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
• Max 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
• Pass hair and urine drug testing
