Atascadero and the Central Coast: new Class A holders can learn the job on Western lanes with a trainer beside them, then go solo with a weekly floor under the paycheck.
Why This Fleet
- Short Runs: most loads are 2 days or less

The Paycheck
- $1,000 to $1,300 average weekly gross
- $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for your first 3 months solo
- Up to 6 cents per mile performance bonus
- $15 stop pay, $20 assist unload pay, $80 for full hand unloads
- 1,700 to 2,100 miles per week
How Training Works
- 4 to 6 weeks over the road with an experienced trainer
- Straight to full solo pay after you finish
- At least 120 hours at an accredited CDL school required

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
- Trainees welcome, no prior experience needed: just a valid Class A CDL and 120+ hours of CDL training
- Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
- Military experience considered with a valid DD214
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
- Must pass hair and urine drug testing
