Money Details

• $800/week while you're training
• $1,000/week guaranteed through your first 3 months after going solo
• $1,200 to $1,800 average weekly pay, scaling with experience
• Starting mileage pay of $0.50 cpm on a 6 month pay band
• $15 stop pay, unload pay matches OTR rate when required

Route Details

• 1,800 to 2,400 miles per week
• Coverage spans 27 states, everything east of Denver except New England
• Home every 2 to 3 weeks
• Both day and night dispatch, weekend driving expected, holidays can be requested off

Equipment

• Dry van
• Live load, live unload, preload, and drop and hook freight

Who Qualifies

• New CDL-A holders, or drivers with 6+ months of verifiable solo experience
• 120+ hours of training at an accredited CDL school
• Must be 21 or older
• Valid driver's license in your current state of residence
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
• No DUI/DWI within the past 5 to 10 years
• Clean hair and urine drug test
