What the Paycheck Looks Like

• Average weekly gross: $1,200 to $1,400
• Safety net: $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for your first 3 months after solo dispatch
• Extras: $15 stop pay plus a monthly driver performance bonus
• Miles: 1,700 to 1,900 per week

Schedule, Straight Up

• 6 days on, 2 days off, home weekly
• Day and night driving, early morning starts happen
• Weekends off are not guaranteed, some holidays as needed

Qualifications

• 21+ with a valid Class A CDL in your state of residence
• Minimum 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Able to run on Texas hours of service
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
• Pass hair and urine drug testing
