Earn $1,550 to $1,950 weekly on a regional account averaging 2,500 miles per week with home time of 2 full days after 2 weeks out. Operating primary routes across the country, this position features 100% no-touch freight and late-model assigned sleeper trucks with 72 inch Raised Roof sleepers.

Pay & Home Time

  • Pay Rates: Earn $1,550 to $1,950 weekly ($80,600 to $101,400 annually)
  • Compensation Details: Mileage Pay and Safety Bonus Incentives
  • Home Time: 2 weeks out, 2 full days at home
  • Driving Region: Dedicated regional routes covering the lower 48 states with primary routes across WA, OR, CA, NV, AZ, TX, Midwest, and the Southeast

Freight & Route Details

  • Cargo Handling: 100% No-Touch Freight
  • Average Distance: Estimated 2,500 miles per week
  • Freight Mix: Drop and Hook with some live unloading or live reloading
  • Equipment & Trailer: Dry Van Trailers

Equipment Details

  • Modern Fleet: Late-model Freightliner Cascadias and Western Stars (average fleet age of 18 months)
  • Comfort & Sleepers: New Cascadias equipped with 72 inch Raised Roof Sleepers and Pack Smart HVAC System (up to 10h cooling, 34h heating)
  • Equipment Specs: Automatic Transmissions, APUs on most trucks, Best Pass Transponders, and Qualcomm provided
  • Truck Assignment: 100% Permanently Assigned Trucks, no slip-seating

Qualifications

  • Minimum 21 years of age with a valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 12 months
  • Clean MVR and PSP driving record
  • Must pass hair and urine drug screening and DOT physical

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate Class A tractor-trailer equipment in compliance with all DOT safety rules
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections
  • Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and shipping documentation
