Lake Havasu City, stop driving two hours to find a real trucking job. This regional fleet runs the Southwest triangle and hires new CDL holders right out of school.
Where You Run
- Lanes between Arizona, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, El Paso, Albuquerque, and California
- Close to home, with some 34 hour resets at your own house
- No hand unloading, drop and hook plus live load and unload
- 1,900 to 2,000 miles per week
What It Pays
- Average weekly gross: $1,000 to $1,200
- Safety net: $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for your first 3 months after solo dispatch
- Extras: $15 stop pay and a monthly performance bonus
- Home time: every 2 weeks
Paid Training
- New CDL-A holders are welcome to apply
- 4 to 6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer
- $800 weekly training pay, then full solo pay after you finish
- At least 120 hours at an accredited CDL school required

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
- Trainees welcome, no prior experience needed: just a valid Class A CDL and 120+ hours of CDL training
- Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
- Valid license in your current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
- Must pass hair and urine drug testing
