Fast-Growth Tech Talent Startup | Full-time | Commission + Bonus
We are hiring for a lean, founder-led company helping scaleups build dev teams smarter, faster and cheaper. This is a full-cycle sales role: you'll identify prospects, pitch our client's embedded-team model, negotiate and close deals.
What You'll Do

Generate and qualify outbound leads (cold outreach, referrals, events)

Manage full sales cycle: discovery proposal negotiation close

Own annual revenue target (~$3.84M new business)

Represent the organizations at events, meetups and industry forums

Collaborate with marketing, delivery, sourcing teams to align efforts

Maintain strong CRM hygiene and reporting
What Were Looking For

5+ years in enterprise or mid-market B2B sales, preferably in tech, staffing or recruiting

Proven track record closing high-value deals ($200K+)

Strong network with U.S. / scaleup clients

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently, move fast and execute

Comfort speaking tech / dev team value (you don't need to be a developer)
Bonus / Nice-to-Have

Experience selling embedded / nearshore / offshore engineering teams

Past success with U.S.-based clients or global sales

Exposure to founder-led, product-driven organizations
