Position: Full-Stack Software Engineer (Hybrid in Lisbon)

What youll do (epically):

• Deliver shippable features as part of our Scrum teams.
• Suggest, influence, and implement innovative solutions to enhance our software portfolio.
• Depending on your experience, mentor and support junior developers in your area of expertise.
• Design, develop, and integrate business workflow applications, configuring business rules.
• Maintain and update existing Appway workflows.

What were looking for:

• Advanced degree in Software Engineering and a genuine passion for technology (personal projects are always a plus!).
• Solid experience in writing and testing high-quality software using object-oriented principles, design patterns, Web Services, UML, and algorithms.
• Strong command of Java and the Spring ecosystem.
• Experience with BPMN is a big plus.
• Hands-on experience with JPA/Hibernate, SQL, and relational databases.
• Practical knowledge of Angular or other front-end frameworks is a nice-to-have.
• Familiarity with industrial-grade development tools and practices: Git, Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Maven, JUnit, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Interest and knowledge in DevOps and cloud architecture solutions.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with MongoDB, Kafka, Python, RabbitMQ, Elastic Search, PostgreSQL, or Kotlin.
• Knowledge of Appway or similar workflow platforms.
