Position: .Net Team Lead with Architect Skills
Location: Remote from PT
English: Fluent or Native

Were looking for a senior developer whos not just fluent in code, but also in leadership. Youll guide a team of fullstack developers and testers, set priorities, and help shape the future of our platform. Youll work across the stackfrom .NET Core MVC and MSSQL to Azure Functions and Cosmos DBbringing architectural insight and hands-on development power.

Your mission:

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional Agile team.
• Architect and develop scalable .NET web applications.
• Drive innovation with AI and modern cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Maintain and document systems, analyze incidents, and propose improvements.

What you bring:

• Deep expertise in C#, Azure, MSSQL, Entity Framework, and API development.
• Strong front-end skills with JavaScript, .NET Core MVC, and secure web design.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Service Fabric, Logic Apps, and microservices.
• A talent for reverse engineering and functional code analysis.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with legacy systems and a passion for modernizing them.
