About the Role
Youll lead our entire engineering organization, overseeing backend, frontend, data, DevOps, and AI agent development. From roadmap execution to team scaling, youll be responsible for delivering high-impact technical initiatives and ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and future-ready.
Key Leadership Areas
Technical Team Management
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (Backend, Frontend, Data, AI/ML)
- Scale engineering capacity to support company growth
- Define best practices, code standards, and development processes

Full-Stack Technology Oversight
- Data Infrastructure: PostgreSQL data lakes, ETL pipelines
