Position: Tech Lead - Microsoft Dynamics365

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to join our team and lead our Microsoft Dynamics365 projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on Dynamics365, and proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
• Work closely with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and ensure successful delivery
  
• Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Dynamics365, including customization and integration with other systems
  
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are met
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics365 updates and best practices
  
• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
  
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and clients
  
• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
  
• Maintain a high level of quality and efficiency in all project deliverables
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics365
  
• Experience in leading and managing a team of developers
  
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics365 customization, configuration, and integration
  
• Experience with .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL
  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus
