Job Title: SysAdmin Windows

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SysAdmin Windows to join our growing team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows server administration and be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive salary and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and related systems
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  
• Implement and maintain security protocols and procedures
  
• Perform regular backups and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place
  
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels
  
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth integration of systems
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Windows server administration
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Windows server administration
  
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016/2019
  
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS
  
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
  
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to work in a team environment
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Experience with Linux server administration is a plus
