Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Strategy: Support the implementation a global roadmap for GitHub Enterprise and other software development tools, supporting the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) concepts and processes in collaboration with software departments.
• Platform Consolidation: Support the consolidation of decentralized software development tools into a unified GitHub Enterprise environment.
• Operational Support: Manage all operational support tasks and contracts related to these platforms, ensuring robust and reliable performance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Actively engage with software department teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of platform strategies and developments.
• Governance and Compliance: Support the governance and management of these tools, ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines, robust security, and compliance.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support for GitHub Enterprise and other specialized tools, ensuring optimal utilization and performance.

What We Expect from You:

• Experience: experience in managing software development and DevOps platforms, particularly GitHub Enterprise, within a global, multinational environment.
• Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of GitHub Enterprise, CI/CD automation, artefact management, and other specialized software development tools.
• Consulting Skills: Ability to deliver flexible solutions tailored to business needs, with a strong consulting mindset.
• Service Delivery: Knowledge in providing professional IT services for software development and DevOps teams.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in software development tools and concepts, with a technical background in platform management.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of handling active stakeholder communication and business connections.
