Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our dynamic and innovative team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and a passion for technology. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our IT systems, providing technical support to our team, and ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and technically oversee cloud environments in Azure and their associated components

- Monitor and coordinate infrastructure projects, ensuring effective execution

- Ensure the accuracy and regular updates of information in the CMDB, covering servers, services, certificates, networks, and more

- Supervise and monitor technical activities carried out by external vendors, ensuring compliance with defined quality standards, SLAs, architecture, and best practices

- Foster effective collaboration within the IT team

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure roles

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP (certifications will be considered an asset)

- Strong knowledge of networks, including VLANs, IPS, firewalls, and proxies

- Advanced knowledge in the administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux operating systems;

- Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Azure DevOps, and Terraform

- Proficiency in both English and Portuguese languages
