UX/UI Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team in Lisbon. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with our product and development teams to understand user needs and design solutions that enhance the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to design user interfaces for our web and mobile applications

- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas

- Develop and maintain design guidelines and style guides

- Conduct usability testing and make recommendations for improvements

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design

- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite

- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work

- Experience with user research and usability testing

- Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approach

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
