Position: Senior .NET Developer
Location: Porto, Hybrid
Position Overview:
As a Senior .NET Developer at Nimber, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our platform. You will work closely with our product and design teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable code. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior developers, contributing to code reviews, and continuously improving our development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable .NET-based applications
- Collaborate with product and design teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and ensuring high-quality code
- Conduct code reviews and participate in team discussions to continuously improve our development processes
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and proactively suggest improvements to our technology stack
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in .NET development, with a strong understanding of C# and ASP.NET
- Experience with web development frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue
- Knowledge of SQL and database design principles
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
