Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Social Operations Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Social Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies for our clients. You will work closely with the social media team to create engaging content, monitor social media channels, and interact with the online community.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze security events
- Detect and respond to security incidents
- Investigate security alerts
- Triage and classify incidents
- Create and update technical documentation
- Participate in the continuous improvement of security processes
- Interact with other teams to resolve issues
- Challenge, optimize and define processes

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in network security
- Experience in a SOC environment (valued)
- Knowledge of the MSFT security suite (SIEM Sentinel, Defender, Purview, etc.)
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (Jira)
- Hands-on profile with the ability to challenge and optimize processes
- Good communication and teamwork skills
