Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Red Hat Enterprise Linux Engineer to join our team and support our growing client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux administration and experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed

- Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems

- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new solutions

- Document processes and procedures for future reference

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for Red Hat Enterprise Linux

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Linux administration

- Strong knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux and related technologies

- Experience with virtualization and cloud computing technologies

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
