WORKPLACE

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Supporting both technical and business teams
- Gather information and troubleshoot applications integration
- Work collaboratively with internal and external teams
- Proactively monitor Squad Systems
- Respond to incidents
- Perform root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences
- Ability to assume responsibility for multiple concurrent issues and discuss the right priority with the team
- Understand concepts behind each functionality in order to have the ability to prioritize problems
- Participate in on-call rotations
- View What is Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)?
REQUIRES
- More than 3 years of experience in Application Support (SRE - Site Reliability Engineering)
- Be analytical - if an error occurs once it is an error, if it is repeated it is a problem that must be fully investigated
- Ability in Operationalizing Microservices
- Knowledge of technologies:
- ELK, Prometheus, Grafana
- AWS
- Coding experience (i.e. .NET Core, Python) (Nice to have)
- Knowledge of collaborative platforms (Jira, Confluence, GitLab)
- Ability to understand different systems, their functionalities and where they fit into an ecosystem
- Proactivity in validating logs and metrics to detect potential problems
- Proactivity in suggesting improvements to logging systems, metrics, alarms on platforms and / or tools to help in day-to-day work
- Able to adapt the speech to the various stakeholders with whom he interacts
- Able to understand Customers that don´t speak tech
- Retail experience / knowledge is a plus
- Availability to perform on-call prevention
- Good skills in English, both written and spoke
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Transports Management Systems implementations
- Logistics transporters functional & operational knowledge (Concepts/Flows)
