Position: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

Location: Lisbon or Porto, Hybrid

Your responsibilities include:

• Design tailored solutions to meet business requirements and enhance client processes;
  
• Prepare detailed functional specification documentation;
  
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into solutions;
  
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 solutions;
  
• Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designed solutions;
  
• Test and validate developed solutions to align with customer expectations;
  
• Create test plans, user guides, and training materials for implemented solutions;
  
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field;
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  
• Knowledge of key Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.);
  
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys) is a plus;
  
• Hands-on experience in customizing Dynamics 365 (attributes, views, forms);
  
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
