Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of projects from conception to completion. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers the opportunity for growth and development within a dynamic and innovative company.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets

- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies

- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members

- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements

- Manage and monitor project budgets and resources

- Provide guidance and support to project team members

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in project management

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools

- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing similar projects in the heal

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in coordinating and managing artificial

- Proficient in project management software and tools

- Fluency in Portuguese both written and verbal

- PMP or other project management certification
