Position: Front-End Tech Lead (Hybrid in Porto)

What You'll Be Doing (in the most epic way possible):

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for individual and team improvement.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
• Ensure code quality, best practices, and adherence to architectural guidelines while working closely with the architecture and infrastructure teams.
• Continuously monitor and optimize data systems to enhance efficiency and customer experience within the context of the financial services sector.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of all solutions and system configurations, changes, and Agile development processes while adhering to industry compliance requirements.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React.js and React Native.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong programming skills in C#.
• Strong understanding of data modeling principles and database design techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, CosmosDB, MongoDB).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) are a plus.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Proficiency in industry-specific financial systems and regulatory requirements.
• Relevant experience using design systems and UX standards.
