We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading Agile teams, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving continuous improvement. This role requires a deep understanding of Scrum principles, the ability to mentor team members, and the skills to manage complex projects effectively.

Responsabilities:
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure the team adheres to Scrum practices and principles.
Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clarity of requirements.
Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.
Track and report on team progress and performance metrics.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Implement and manage the LESS framework for large-scale Scrum projects.
Utilize Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) for project tracking and documentation.


Must Have:
Academic Background: Higher education or attendance in computer engineering, management information technology, data science and statistics, mathematics, computer science or similar.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
Knowledge of LESS framework.
Proficiency in Atlassian stack (Jira and Confluence).
Experience in implementing scrum methodologies
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role or equivalent.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Fluent in Portuguese


Nice to Have:
Experience with other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, SAFe).
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Previous experience in a senior or lead role within an Agile team.

Working Model:
Hybrid (2/3 days at the client office in Porto, Portugal)
