Working model: Hybrid (70% remote; 30% in person)

Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, management information engineering or information systems.
+4 years of experience as a Project Manager with implementation of ITSM tools (servicenow)

Mandatory:
Experience as a Project Manager with implementation of ITSM tools (servicenow)
Agile, Kanban, Scrum e Waterfall
MS Project Server, Office, Project
Ticketing Solutions | Workflow (Remedy)
Advanced Architectures and Integration Infrastructure
Spoken and written English
Knowledge of ServiceNow: ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management
Knowledge of standards for integration with other systems, namely JDBC, MID Server, REST / SOAP
Good communication
Proactive
Teamwork
Top 5 Skills: resilience, good teamwork and communication skills, ServiceNow, and ITSM;

Daily tasks:
Actively participate in technology consulting projects.
Identify and document technical requirements.
Design technical solutions for ITSM tools, preferably in Servicenow, and fault and performance tools.
Identify business requirements and translate them into development requirements for digital solutions, following market best practices.

Non mandatory:
ITIL certification (plus);
