Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Senior Java Developer at Nimber, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our core platform and applications. You will work closely with our product and design teams to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality and scalable software solutions using Java and related technologies

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Java development

- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in Java development

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development

- At least 4 years of experience with Java and Spring development

- At least 3 years of experience with relational databases

- Interest and ability to work on the analysis, design, and documentation of legacy systems

- Solid knowledge of older versions of Java, Spring, and Oracle Forms

- Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken)
