ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team at Nimber in Porto, Portugal. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the business needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop customized solutions on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs

- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, and CMDB

- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems

- Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed solutions

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations

- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and new features, and provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements

- Participate in code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers

- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies

- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, and CMDB

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations using SOAP, REST, and other web services

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- ServiceNow certifications (such as Certified Application Developer) are a plus
