Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Suporte Técnico to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills, as well as a passion for providing top-notch customer service. As a Suporte Técnico, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support to our users, and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to our users via email, phone, and chat

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users

- Collaborate with our development team to identify and resolve bugs

- Maintain and update our knowledge base with new troubleshooting techniques and solutions

- Monitor and analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement

- Communicate technical information and updates to non-technical users in a clear and understandable manner

- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving our platform and user experience

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a technical support role

- Strong technical skills and knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
