Job Overview:

As a Red Hat OpenShift Engineer at Nimber, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our OpenShift platform. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure the smooth and efficient deployment of applications on our platform. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise, as well as providing support and guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain the OpenShift platform for our clients

- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure successful deployment of applications on the platform

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise on the platform

- Provide support and guidance to clients on the use of the OpenShift platform

- Monitor and optimize the performance of the platform

- Stay up-to-date with the latest OpenShift technologies and best practices

- Participate in the planning and implementation of new features and enhancements to the platform

- Develop and maintain documentation for the platform and its processes

- Work closely with other engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure the overall success of the platform

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with Red Hat OpenShift

- Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes

- Experience with Linux operating systems and scripting languages

- Knowledge of networking and security principles

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
