Position: Solution Architect

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our growing team in Lisbon. As a Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing solutions that meet the needs of our customers and support the growth of our business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable and secure solutions that meet business requirements and align with our technical architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and create technical specifications
  
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations for new projects and initiatives
  
• Identify and evaluate new technologies and tools that could improve our systems and processes
  
• Lead the development and implementation of solutions, ensuring high quality and timely delivery
  
• Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to the development team
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  
• Communicate technical solutions and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect or a similar role
  
• Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure solutions
  
• Proficient in at least one programming language (Java, Python, etc.)
  
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and microservices architecture
  
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
