Position: Key Account Manager
Location: Lisbon Hybrid
Job Summary: The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing business opportunities. The KAM will act as the main point of contact, understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term business success.
- Identify client needs and provide customized solutions that align with the company's products or services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Analyze sales performance, generate reports, and develop strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues, acting as a liaison between the client and internal teams.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs established by the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of banking and financial services market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and create strategic sales plans.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
