Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Data Factory Developer to join our dynamic team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and workflows in Azure Data Factory. You will work closely with our data engineers and data analysts to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of data throughout our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and workflows in Azure Data Factory

- Collaborate with data engineers and data analysts to understand data requirements and implement efficient data solutions

- Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines and workflows

- Monitor data pipelines and proactively identify and resolve any issues

- Develop and maintain documentation for data pipelines and workflows

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data engineering and implement them in our data processes

- Continuously improve data pipelines and workflows to enhance data quality and efficiency

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Azure Data Factory

- Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and best practices

- Hands-on experience with developing and maintaining data pipelines and workflows in Azure Data Factory

- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database design and optimization

- Experience with data modeling and ETL processes

- Familiarity with data warehousing and data lakes

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
