Position: Senior Windows Administrator (Hybrid in Bucharest, Romania)

What Youll Be Doing (in the most epic way possible):
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring uptime, performance, and security.
- Manage SCCM for software deployment, patch management, and system updates.
- Oversee Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD) for user management, authentication, and group policies.
- Administer Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Collaborate with network teams to ensure seamless integration of Windows systems with network services.
- Manage and maintain Hyper-V based virtualization platforms.
- Implement and maintain security best practices, including system hardening and configuration standards, to comply with PCI-DSS framework.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline administrative tasks.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes.
- Work closely with other IT teams to support cross-functional projects and initiatives.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Windows system administration.
- Proven experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory management.
- Hands-on experience with SCCM and Office 365 administration.
- Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD) and cloud-based identity management solutions.
- Strong networking knowledge, including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
- Experience with virtualization platforms like Hyper-V or VMware.
- Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation and configuration management.
- Knowledge of PCI-DSS requirements and implementation of security hardening.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and practices.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Relevant certifications, such as MCSE, Azure Administrator, or Office 365 certifications, are highly desirable.
- Fluent in English is mandatory
