Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Functional Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and technical support, with a passion for problem-solving and a desire to provide exceptional support to our users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-line functional support to our users via email, chat, and phone

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our platform

- Communicate with our development team to escalate and resolve complex issues

- Proactively identify and address potential issues before they arise

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and procedures

- Document and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or technical support role

- Experience in documentation and maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Experience with ticketing systems is a plus

- Fluency in Portuguese is required
