What Youll Do (in the most epic way possible):
- Play Matchmaker Dive deep into the candidate pool (no floaties allowed), and use your expert sourcing skills to find the perfect fits for our roles. Swipe right on top talent and guide them through an unforgettable hiring journey.
- Keep Things Real Forget the boring corporate speak; were looking for someone who can actually connect with people and show them why were amazing to work with. Give them the lowdown, no sugarcoating required.
- Pipeline Wizardry Build a magical pipeline of stellar talent that makes other recruiters jealous. Youll know whos out there, whos perfect for us, and when well need them.
- Be a Culture Connoisseur Understand the heart of our company and make sure every candidate knows it, feels it, and wants to be a part of it. Plus, spread the good vibes through employer branding projects and career fairs.
- Crunch Numbers & Measure the Fun Track your results, see whats working (and whats not), and make things better every day. Data is your secret weapon, and you wield it like a pro.

- Experience Previous experience in recruiting? Great! If youve been doing this for years, fantastic. If not, and youre super passionate, tell us why we need you.
- Portuguese and English fluent
