Job Title: TestOps Lead - AWS Cloud

Location: Remote in Portugal

We are seeking a highly skilled TestOps Lead to join an insurance client project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test automation, test management, and cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure. This role requires a senior-level professional with a strong technical foundation and a collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead TestOps activities, including the design and implementation of test automation strategies and frameworks for cloud-based solutions on AWS and Azure.
• Develop and manage comprehensive testing strategies, test plans, and procedures for cloud infrastructure and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory and security compliance in cloud environments.
• Use advanced tools and technologies to execute cloud testing operations.

Required Skills (Must Have):

• Proven experience as a TestOps Lead with expertise in:
  • Test automation tools
  • Test management systems for AWS and Azure environments
• In-depth understanding of cloud principles, infrastructure, and regulatory/security requirements.
• Technical expertise in:
  • CrossPlane
  • Chainsaw
  • Kubernetes
  • ArgoCD
  • Python
  • Cloud Networking (VPC, subnet, direct connect configuration)
  • Linux Shell
  • GitHub
  • API testing and validation
• Proficiency in SAFe Agile methodology.

Desirable Skills (Good to Have):

• AWS and Azure certifications.
• ISTQB certifications in software quality assurance.

Candidate Profile:

• Seniority Level: Senior (5+ years of experience)
• Language Proficiency: English (minimum B2 in speaking, writing, and listening)
• Soft Skills:
  • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
• Availability: Immediate or within 2-3 weeks.

Location:

• Required: Based in Portugal (remote work outside Portugal is not authorized).
