What we are looking for / tasks associated with the position:
We are looking for a skilled Solution Architect specializing in Operational Technology (OT) and enterprise architecture to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing business and functional requirements, designing robust and secure architectures, and ensuring compliance with governance and security standards. This position requires a deep understanding of OT architectures, industrial communication protocols, and application architecture frameworks.

Must have:
- Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering or similar
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams
- Ability for critical analysis and focused on problem solving
- Commitment to quality of deliveries
- Knowledge of languages (written and oral): English
- Any architecture certification (MS, Cloud, etc.)
- Ability to critically analyze business requirements, framing them within Clients reference application architecture
- Consolidated knowledge of the various types of architectural pieces
- Focus on clear documentation of the architecture and compliance with governance rules
- Clear communication of defined security rules and application and technological architecture, and autonomous ability to persuade in their adoption
- Design and implementation of OT architectures (importance in network segregation, security requirements and networks)
- Knowledge of the Purdue model

Nice to have:
- Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities market and GDPR
- Knowledge of Agile methodology, JIRA and Confluence tools
- Experience in projects
- Knowledge of SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), DCS (Distributed Control Systems) and PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) technologies
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, OPC-UA, MQTT, ICCP, among others
- Basic knowledge of security rules and defined application and technological architecture
- Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and regulations, such as NERC CIP, IEC 62443, and ISO 27001
