Job Overview:

We are seeking an Infrastructure Management Technician to join our growing team in Lisbon, Portugal. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing our clients' IT infrastructure, ensuring its stability, security, and efficiency. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain the health, security, and performance of our clients' IT infrastructure

- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise

- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans

- Ensure all systems are up-to-date with the latest software and security patches

- Monitor network traffic and identify potential security threats

- Collaborate with other team members to implement new infrastructure solutions

- Document and maintain accurate records of all infrastructure changes and updates

- Provide technical support to clients as needed

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in infrastructure management

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in infrastructure management

- Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and virtualization

- Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies

- Familiarity with security protocols and best practices

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
