Description:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Technical Support Analyst with foundational knowledge in PL/SQL and relational databases to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in 2nd line technical support roles, assisting with user queries and solving technical issues in a collaborative environment. Strong communication skills in Portuguese are essential.

Responsibilities:
Provide 2nd line technical support for applications and databases.
Analyze and help resolve technical issues raised by users, ensuring effective solutions.
Collaborate with other technical teams to escalate complex issues as needed.
Assist in maintaining and improving PL/SQL queries and scripts to support business processes.
Work directly with users to troubleshoot and resolve their technical problems, providing excellent customer service.
Contribute to continuous improvement processes to enhance support services.
Keep up-to-date with the latest practices in database management and technical support.

Must Have:
Academic Background: Higher education or attendance in computer engineering, management information technology, data science and statistics, mathematics, computer science, or similar.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with PL/SQL.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in technical support activities (2nd line) that require contact with users.
Fluent in Portuguese

Nice to Have:
Experience with Easyvista.
Experience with Redmine.
Experience with ETL (ODI).
Experience with Tomcat Server.

Tools:
Familiarity with PL/SQL Developer or equivalent tools for database management.
Familiarity with issue tracking and ticketing systems, such as Jira or ServiceNow.
Familiarity with database management systems like Oracle or similar.

Seniority:
Junior-Level (2+ years of experience)

Languages & Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills in Portuguese.
Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
