Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager / Team Leader to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cyber security and experience managing projects and leading teams. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of cyber security projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
  • Lead a team of cyber security professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against these goals
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery
  • Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for cyber security
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the cyber security industry
  • Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting continuous learning and development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cyber security, with at least 2 years in a project management or team leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of cyber security principles, tools, and technologies
  • Proven experience managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Project management certification (PMP, CSM, etc.) is a plus
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
